Restoration

The gentle restoration of Grade II listed Riverain was designed to preserve as much as possible of the original barn layout including the hayloft doors which are now protected by wrought iron Juliet balcony railings and the original sandstone arches and walls which have been left open where possible.

Riverain is furnished with solid oak flooring and underfloor heating, a sandstone fireplace and has a heating system designed around a low emission air source heat pump technology.
