Just back from an amazing 60th celebration. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much Christine. We will be returning!

This is our third visit and it never fails our expectations. We spent 4 days over Christmas and everything was thought of for our arrival. Spectacular accommodation with stunning views. We certainly will be back again and again!! Just wished we could have stayed longer and not one of us wanted to leave! That to me shows what a wonderful place it is!! Thank you, Christine and all of your colleagues at the Rowley Estates.

A hidden Gem. Rented this cottage and the adjoining Cazenovia Hall early November 2024 for our party of 12 to celebrate my 70th Birthday. Both properties are beautifully appointed , and Christine Rowley and her team were superb to deal with. Very useful welcome pack in each house , and every detail thought of to ensure a comfortable stay and memorable family weekend for the event, right down to supplying logs for the open fire, and dog biscuits for the well behaved terrier which accompanied us, and to sending us a briefing memorandum on local events and activities for the visit. Often, when one goes to holiday accommodation, the place does not quite live up to the website photos, but these properties are as good as the incredibly beautiful website descriptions, both for Cazenovia and Wythburn. Would have no hesitation in going back there again. Many thanks to you and your staff Christine .

We had a family gathering for my husbands 70th, there were 25 adults and 10 children we used Blencowe Hall and Cazenovia Hall looking at pictures online does not give it justice, It was AMAZING.
Everything was clean from the bedroom to the kitchen which was very well stocked with everything you needed.

We were able to have a family dinner on the Saturday and had the use of the Byre.

we expected it to be cold so took warm clothes but they were not needed it was so cosy everywhere.

Christine (Host) was very helpful and answered all our question.

We spent am amazing 5 nights at Cazenovia Hall celebrating our ruby wedding anniversary with family in August. The area is delightful and the hall so welcoming and comfortable. The hosts are first class – responding promptly to any queries and offering lots of helpful information regarding places to visit, things to do. We will certainly be back. Thank you!

Great place to stay with our family, lovely accomodation and very welcoming. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend. Christine was also very helpful with anything we needed.

Lovely place to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with family and the weather was with us as well.

Honestly one of the best air BnBs I’ve ever stayed in. Very well laid out and very nice that every room has its own en-suite! As a family of 12 and with 3 dogs it was perfect, with large kitchen/ dining area and a large lounge. Really nice extra touches, such as the toiletries and the goody hamper on arrival. Christine was very responsive and accommodating to requests and really went above and beyond for what’s normally expected. Location is also good to different lakes and walks. Would recommend Rydal Water. Would most definitely return!
