Beautiful spot!!

Stayed here with a group of 12 excellent location, very luxurious and all home comforts

We just love Gill Beck . It has everything we need and to the highest of standards. We really appreciate personal touches and the fabulous welcome pack . It is worth every penny.

Larch Retreat was beautiful! A lovely personalised welcome from Christine and the place was clean and beautiful. Would highly recommend for a private trip to the Lakes. Not too far from things either which makes it easy.

Todd Hills is an absolutely wonderful venue for a group or family get together. All of the bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The beds are super comfortable with sumptuous bedding. The downstairs facilities are amazing – a fabulous kitchen to cook in and enjoy dinner together, a dining room that converts into a snooker/pool area and a really lovely conservatory. We (a party of nine people) had the best time here.

We had a lovely stay at Larch Retreat. Christine had provided excellent instructions for us to easily find and access the hut. The hut is tucked away at the edge of a secluded woodland, giving privacy and a beautiful view. We enjoyed the welcome package, especially the delicious bread and jam! We really appreciated that the wood burner was left ready to go and kept us more than warm enough in our cosy hut. The kitchen was very well kitted out with a full sized fridge and oven, which was perfect for us as we had brought a couple of meals to cook ourselves. We had all of the cutlery, crockery and utensils that we needed. A very comfortable, relaxing and peaceful stay. Thank you Christine and Team.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Rowan Retreat. The accommodation was spotless and we‘ve never stayed at a place that was so thoughtfully stocked. The breakfast items were local and high-quality. Christine was very friendly and provided helpful and detailed information prior to our arrival. I‘d definitely recommend staying here.

Can highly recommend Rowley Estates to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. Our family (3 + dog) stayed in Elk Cottage and were thoroughly impressed. Extremely clean, well presented, cosy but with plenty of space. Bedrooms were spacious, fantastic fire and all the little touches were there. Close proximity to the northern Lakes and lovely pubs close by. Overall 10/10 and will definitely be back.

A grand house beautifully equipped full of character. On the east side of the M6 so the Lakes are a bit of a drive however locally there are wonderful walks. The local pub is recommended as is the bakery with its cafe.
