We had a lovely stay here for our friend’s 30th birthday! House was so beautiful and the surroundings were amazing! Lots to do nearby and Christine was so helpful, would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay, would highly recommend. House was beautiful, perfectly clean and works perfectly for a family. Lots to do in the local area and the house is a great place to come back to relax.

Had an amazing few nights away; 7 people and 2 dogs. An amazing property in a nice quiet location. Local bakery and pub within 5-10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time as a group of 18 at Hause Hall, Cruik Barn and the Stables. The location is incredible, with fell running and walking straight from the door. Martindale is beautifully secluded and quiet – but not too far for the Tesco delivery! The accommodation was ideal for a big group with young children – plenty of room for kids to run around also cosy up around the fire. The place was spotless and fitted out to a really high standard, with more than enough pans to cook Christmas dinner for 18! Christine was extremely helpful in the booking process, everyone loved their stay and we’re already talking about dates for next year! Thanks so much 🙂

Would 100% recommend staying at the Riverain Coach House. We recently stayed with some friends and enjoyed local walks close to the house, a good selection of local pubs nearby but would recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment. However with Penrith and shops being only 10 minutes away, it wasn’t a problem. The house has been done up beautifully and is really well equipped. Christine was great, providing lots of helpful information before our stay and the welcome hamper went down a treat. Thank you so much, we would 100% stay again.

The most perfect Airbnb! I would thoroughly recommend staying at Wythburn Cottage. There isn’t anything I would fault. Christine was a brilliant host and the cottage was immaculate and stocked with everything you need for a fantastic stay. Having en suites, all with showers is a big plus. The location is perfect to visit the Lake District. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch, with a special mention for the delicious jam. We hope to stay again soon! Thank you

Excellent venue for family party of 9 guests and 3 dogs. Superb welcome basket ! Well equipped kitchen and plenty of lounge space.
